Returns Policy
Our promise We stand behind every Norvik dashcam. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, or if your unit is faulty or arrives damaged, we'll make it right.
30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee If you're not happy with your dashcam for any reason, contact us within 30 days of delivery. We'll work with you to arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund — whichever suits you best.
To start a return, email us at contact@norvik.com.au with:
- Your order number
- The reason for the return
- Photos or a short video if the issue relates to a fault or damage
We'll respond within 24 hours with the next steps.
Faulty or damaged on arrival If your dashcam arrives damaged or stops working within the warranty period, you don't need to return the unit before we help you. Email us with photos or a short video showing the issue, and we'll arrange a replacement at no cost.
Change of mind We accept change-of-mind returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the unit is unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping on change-of-mind returns. Contact us first before sending anything back — we'll provide return instructions.
Refunds Once your return is approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. You'll receive an email confirmation when the refund is issued.
12-Month Warranty Every Norvik dashcam includes a 12-month manufacturer warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. The warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by accidents, misuse, or unauthorised modifications
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage from extreme heat or moisture beyond the unit's specifications
- Loss or theft
To make a warranty claim, email us with your order number and a description of the issue, including photos or video where possible.
Items we can't accept for return
- Units with physical damage caused by misuse
- Units returned more than 30 days after delivery (warranty claims still apply within 12 months)
- Microsd cards, mounting accessories, or cables that have been opened or used
Your rights under Australian Consumer Law Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. You're entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You're also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
