Certain products may be available exclusively online through the website. These products may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return Policy. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products.

We offer a 30-day return window for our products.

Change of Mind: Items must be returned in their original packaging, unused, and in the same condition that you received them.

Norvik Pty Ltd provides dashcam hardware. By purchasing our products, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Installation: Norvik is not liable for any damage to your vehicle, interior, or electrical systems resulting from improper installation.

Data Loss: We do not guarantee that every incident will be recorded. We are not liable for any loss of data or failure to record footage due to SD card errors, power failure, or device malfunction.

Safe Operation: The driver is responsible for ensuring the device does not obstruct their view and is used in compliance with local traffic laws.

General: In no case shall Norvik Pty Ltd, our directors, or employees be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct/indirect damages of any kind, including lost profits or lost savings, arising from your use of any of our products.
SECTION 7 - GOVERNING LAW
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
