We're pleased to offer free shipping on all orders, Australia-wide. The price you see is the final price for delivery to your door.

3. Delivery Estimates

Standard delivery to Australian addresses takes 10–15 business days from the date of shipment. While we ship promptly, actual transit times can vary based on your location and seasonal volume.

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can monitor your package's journey on our Track Your Order page or directly through the courier's website.

5. Shipping Delays

6. Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Norvik is not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address provided. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we'll contact you to arrange re-shipment at the customer's expense.
