Shipping Policy
Where we ship We ship Australia-wide, including all metro and regional addresses.
Cost Shipping is free on every order, no minimum spend.
Dispatch time Orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days of payment. Once dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number by email.
Delivery time Delivered in 10-15 business days from dispatch, fully tracked. Most customers receive their order in 12-14 business days.
Delivery times can vary based on:
- Your location (regional and remote addresses may take slightly longer)
- Australia Post processing times
- Customs clearance for international air freight
Tracking your order You'll receive a tracking link by email when your order is dispatched. You can also log in to your account at norvik.com.au to view real-time tracking.
If your tracking hasn't updated for more than 5 business days, please contact us at contact@norvik.com.au and we'll investigate immediately.
Delayed orders If your order takes longer than 20 business days to arrive, contact us straight away. We'll either expedite a replacement or process a full refund — your choice.
Incorrect address Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot an error after ordering, email us at contact@norvik.com.au within 4 hours and we'll do our best to update it before dispatch.
Damaged or faulty on arrival If your dashcam arrives damaged or faulty, please email us at contact@norvik.com.au within 7 days of delivery with photos or a short video showing the issue. We'll arrange a replacement at no cost to you.
Lost in transit On the rare occasion a parcel is lost in transit, we'll send a replacement free of charge once Australia Post has confirmed the loss (typically after 10 business days of no tracking updates).
