By placing an order with Norvik, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and capable of entering into a binding contract under Australian law.
3. Products and pricing
We do our best to ensure all product descriptions, specifications, images, and prices on our website are accurate. However, we don't warrant that product descriptions or other content is error-free.
All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time you complete checkout.
If we discover a pricing error after you've placed an order, we'll contact you and offer the option to either proceed at the corrected price or cancel your order for a full refund.
4. Orders and acceptance

8. Australian Consumer Law
Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Norvik dashcams are designed to assist drivers by recording footage of journeys and incidents. While we make every effort to ensure our products perform reliably, we cannot guarantee that footage will always be successfully captured or that the device will function in every condition.
You are responsible for:
- Installing the dashcam safely and in accordance with the included instructions
- Ensuring the dashcam does not obstruct your view while driving
- Complying with any local laws regarding the use of dashcams, including privacy and recording regulations
- Maintaining backups of important footage
Norvik is not liable for any failure of the dashcam to record specific events, loss of footage, or any consequences arising from the use or misuse of the product.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Norvik's total liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms or your use of our products is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of use, except where such liability cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

Your use of our website and our handling of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
